The MIC-HZD integrated vibration transmitter is a micro transmitter independently developed by our company, mainly composed of piezoelectric sensitive elements and main circuits such as measurement, conversion, integration, amplification, and transmission. On the basis of the original piezoelectric accelerometer, it has added a built-in precision integration circuit to achieve the output of velocity, which has the characteristics of excellent dynamic characteristics, wide frequency response, long service life, and small yet exquisite appearance. This product has excellent characteristics such as wiring fault tolerance protection, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability.

7) . Installation
8.1 Installation position: Install on the tested vibration point, fix the bottom of the transmitter on the tested housing, and then tighten the transmitter on top.
8.2Wiring method
A: RS485 communicationWiring InstructionsThe red wire is connected to the positive terminal of the DC24V power supply, the blue wire is connected to the negative terminal of the DC24V power supply, and the black and green wires are also 4-20mA output leads. The connecting wires require good insulation performance and use four core shielded cables. RS485 communication output wiring method:
Four wire system wiring: Red wire -24V positive; Blue line -24V negative
485 output [black line - A; green line - B]
Factory default: Device address [1]: Baud rate is 9600
B: Three axis 4-20mA output
The red wire is connected to the positive terminal of the DC24V power supply, the blue wire is connected to the 4-20mA output of the X-axis, the green wire is connected to the 4-20mA output of the Y-axis, and the black wire is connected to the 4-20mA output of the Z-axis.
